However, it's important to remember that statistics and market numbers are crucial because they are based on data and hard facts. They provide us with an overview of the market. But it's equally important to avoid making blanket statements or assumptions about the market overall based on one number. In Wilmington, for example, I wouldn't say that our prices are on the rise or have significantly increased year-over-year. Instead, there are pockets of the market, certain neighborhoods, price ranges, and specific areas where we are witnessing less inventory and increased demand.
