A restricted-residence agreement does not affect the rights of the tenant of the unit, nor in any way restrict any rights or obligations of the seller. A restricted-residence agreement shall not be valid unless it is signed in a manner and in a form prescribed under s. 48.34 (1). A restricted-residence agreement may not be entered into after the termination of the unit's tenure under local law. 704.
